The amazing views and fresh mountain air were lovely. The staff was genuinely friendly. Our spacious chalet had a lovely terrace.

A few amenities fell short. The dining options were limited, with breakfast lacking variety. The room felt a bit outdated, and cold evenings required extra warmth, despite the scenic surroundings.

The location was beautiful and wonderful - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. There was a terrace restaurant nearby. The breakfast was marvellous with an extraordinary golf course view of course, all the food was great!

We had a REALLY REALLY NICE trip at this eco-friendly hotel. Our double room was equipped with a nice view as well as the patio. The location was stunning and amazing, next to a volcano, the lake and temple and a golf course with accommodation, in a very attractive area. The food was fab, had plenty of options.

The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, packed with fresh fruits, delicious soups, and brews that hit just right. The staff? Super friendly! Plus, those gorgeous mountain views from the peaceful grounds are Instagram gold! We even adopted a tree-can't wait to come back and see it 🌳

On the flip side, we hit a snag with the spa and Japanese restaurant being closed, which left us scrambling for a massage elsewhere.

Amazing views, but service lagged

The mountain views were fine and the cool air was a nice break. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of tasty options. Our room was comfy, but the service at the terrace lounge could've been way better. Plates were piling up and it felt neglected. Still, loved the golf course!
